At Bangs we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below please feel free to contact our team.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We completely understand that plans change, life happens, and you won’t always be able to keep your appointment.

 

We ask that you contact us 24-hours prior to your appointment to cancel so we can fill the time with another client.

 

We charge 50% of the service booked if you cancel less than 24-hours before your appointment time.

Redos

We take pride in our services yet sometimes we just don’t nail it or…. Maybe our communication of the service wasn’t on the same page as you the guests. If you are unsatisfied we would like you to contact us within 7 days so the service provider can come up with a solution.

 

Depending on the redo service a fee may be applied but as a salon team we do guarantee our work and want you the guest to be 100% satisfied!
